Hammad Nazeer, MD

Dr. Hammad Nazeer is board certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism, in Obesity Medicine, and in Internal Medicine, and he cares for adults with diabetes, thyroid conditions, weight concerns, bone health problems and hormone and gland disorders at our office in Plano. Before his endocrinology training, he spent six years as a hospitalist and teaching attending at Marshfield Clinic in Wisconsin, caring for patients in the hospital as well as teaching, and he brings that whole-patient view of internal medicine into every visit. Every plan is one we build together.

He earned his medical degree at Allama Iqbal Medical College in Lahore, completed his internal medicine residency at Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Pennsylvania, and completed his fellowship in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX. He speaks English, Urdu and Punjabi, and is a member of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology and the Endocrine Society.
